I had our oven delivered today from Pentz, which is our third appliance purchased from them. I can not tell you how refreshing it is how awesome their delivery guys are compared to anyone we’ve delt with in the past. Past experience from other places seem put out that they even had to bring them to you! One of the guy’s shook my hand and thanked me for the business…. this was the guy’s delivering it. I do not see this anywhere except from Pentz. It really comes down to the service after the sale and this place gets it!!

About 10:00 a.m. on 1/17/2023 I received a phone call from one of the repair persons telling me they would be at my residence in 5-10 minutes. They were on time. They took care of the situation. VERY respectful and VERY knowledgeable. I would do business again with THIS business. THANK YOU for your time and consideration.

Pentz Appliance came to fix our Samsung refrigerator (I didn’t know noone would work on them when I bought it) when no other repair shop would. They were prompt, polite and reliable. I will be buying all my appliances from them in the future.
